Komatsuna Mushroom Stir-fry

A savoury stir-fry featuring tender komatsuna and earthy shiitake mushrooms

Serves: 2 l Prep time: 10 minutes l Total time: 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
Add sliced shiitake mushrooms; cook until softened.
Toss in chopped komatsuna, soy sauce, and sugar.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, drizzle with sesame oil, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve

Ingredients

2 cups komatsuna, chopped
1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
