HOW TO STORE YOUR CHIVES
Storage: Keep fresh in the fridge, wrapped loosely in a damp paper towel or standing in a glass of water like fresh flowers, for up to a week.
Drying: Chives lose much of their flavour when air-dried, so freezing is the better option if you want to preserve a larger batch.
Freezing: Snip into small pieces and freeze in a bag or ice cube tray with a little water; great for adding straight to cooked dishes.
