HOW TO STORE YOUR LEMON BALM​
Storage: Keep fresh leaves in the fridge in a damp paper towel or airtight container for up to a week.​​

Drying: Tie stems and hang upside down in a dark, airy place; store dried leaves in an airtight jar.​​
Freezing: Chop leaves and freeze in ice cube trays with a little water or olive oil; use in cooked dishes or teas.
