SAGE

Sage has a strong, earthy, slightly peppery taste with hints of pine and eucalyptus

It is easy to grow and can thrive in a variety of climates, making it a great choice for beginner gardeners.

HOW TO STORE YOUR SAGE

Storage: Fresh sage can be wrapped in a damp paper towel and stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. It lasts for about a week.

Drying: Tie sage sprigs together and hang them upside-down in a cool, dark, and airy place. Once dry, crumble the leaves and store them in a jar.

Freezing: Chop sage and freeze it in olive oil or butter in ice cube trays for quick seasoning. Alternatively, freeze whole leaves in a single layer on a tray, then transfer to a bag.
