Tat soi is A mild a spoon-shaped Asian green with a slightly mustardy flavour — delicious in stir-fries, soups, salads, or lightly steamed with garlic and soy.

How to store your tat choi

STORAGE

Keep unwashed leaves in a perforated bag in the fridge; best used within 3–5 days.

DRYING

Blanch leaves briefly, pat dry, then dehydrate or oven-dry on low heat until crisp; store in an airtight jar.

 

FREEZING

Blanch for 30 seconds, cool in ice water, drain, and freeze in portions for soups and stir-fries.
