How to store your Lemon Balm

STORAGE

Keep fresh leaves in the fridge in a damp paper towel or airtight container for up to a week.

DRYING

Tie stems and hang upside down in a dark, airy place; store dried leaves in an airtight jar.

 

FREEZING

Chop leaves and freeze in ice cube trays with a little water or olive oil; use in cooked dishes or teas.
