Meet the chef
Alessandro Grano is the group head chef at La Fromagerie London. A classically trained chef. Hailing from Puglia in Southern Italy, he has a love of regional cooking. His repertoire reaches across Europe with an emphasis on French and Italian cooking. He oversees the daily changing menus across La Fromagerie Highbury, Marylebone & Bloomsbury, along with hosting his monthly seasonal supper club and cooking workshops in La Fromagerie Marylebone
