Homemade Pesto

Classic Basil Pesto

Makes 250ml


  • 50g pine nuts

  • 80g basil

  • 50g parmesan or vegan alternative

  • 150ml olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

Basil Leaves


Step 1 

In a small frying pan, cook the pine nuts over a low heat until golden brown.

Step 2 

Add the nuts and all the other ingredients to  a food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Season to taste - and voilà!
